Hugo Chavez to set oil prices at $50 a barrel

Good 'ol Hugo Chavez is looking for a deal to sell Venezuela's oil at $50 a barrel, putting it $15 below the global level. Considering Venezuela has 90% of the earths extra heavy crude oil, and is the 5th largest oil exporter, this is good news!
